The temperature of the nozzle should not exceed 300 ℃, and the temperature of the nozzle is generally lower than that of the barrel.

2. Injection mold temperature. The temperature of injection mold has a direct effect on the cooling rate and crystallinity of the melt. The properties of plastic products are different with different crystallinity. The injection mold temperature is usually controlled at 100 ~ 140 ℃. The temperature of the injection mold should be controlled in a small range when the thin-walled plastic parts are formed, and the mold temperature should be higher when the thick wall plastic parts are formed.

3. Injection pressure. PET melt has good fluidity and is easy to form. The injection pressure of glass fiber reinforced pet is 90-150 MPa.
